Our very own Stephanie Kosnick was voted as the Capital Region’s top ten fitness trainers, by the Times Union!
Stepanie Kosnick, Foundry Fitness
“(She) brings tough love and knowledge to the game of fitness as a level one Kettlebell instructor through StrongFirst. Her kettlebell classes deliver a game changer as she challenges clients to push past comfort zones and train for the life they want to live!” — Brooklyn Esposito
OK, so you ditched that New Year’s resolution to get fit, but you’re ready to kick your rear into gear now. While hitting the crosstrainer at the gym or any of the dozens of local running trails is nice, sometimes a fitness professional is what you need for that extra motivational boost.
Earlier this summer, we asked asked readers for top trainer recommendations on Kristi Gustafson Barlette’s blog, and the results were overwhelming. We have limited the list to trainers who received two or more nominations. Special mention to the trainers who received the most nominations in this call-out survey: James House III of Fitness Artist; Judy Torel of Judy Torel’s Coaching and Training Center and Arleen Larkin of Vent Fitness.
