Coach & Resident Yogi

Shelby is an athlete turned yogi that has practicing yoga since 2009 and is a 200 hr RTY. She is excited to share her love of the mental, and physical benefits of yoga. Shelby’s style is a mix of dynamic flexibility, flowing postures, and therapeutic elements to help the body feel energized and flexible. She believes yoga aids in breaking the unwanted patterns in our lives and helps create more sustainable habits.

Shelby became a coach at Founder’s HIIT and Strength Club in November 2016. Since then she has wanted to share her love of HIIT with any member that walks through the door. She wants to make every exercise accessible for all skill levels, and enjoys teaching students the correct modifications to get maximum results.
