In this yoga lab you will explore the intersection of balancing poses in yoga as they flow into the HIIT world. Such poses will include Warrior 3, Half Moon Hand to big toe pose. These poses will inform exercises in your HIIT classes like single leg dead lifts, Bulgarian split squats, pistol squats and many others. This is a lesson in getting out of your head and into intentional movements.
